To Ensure the Development, Growth, and Continuation of Children's Advocacy Centers in Oklahoma.

Children's Advocacy Centers provide a child-friendly environment for the evaluation of child abuse and coordinate the efforts of multidisciplinary teams.

The National Children's Alliance (NCA) sets standards for accreditation and works to help establish and maintain centers throughout the nation.

Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Account (CAMA) Oklahoma legislation was passed in 2000 to provide stabilizing funding to accredited NCA child advocacy centers. These funds serve as the foundation for communities to develop private/public partnerships that ensure the availability of vital investigative services for victims of abuse.
